• Bespin Han Solo arms
• Sculpey
• Turquoise, black, brown, flesh, white, red, and bone paint

Recipe:

Classic "boil and pop" for all the limbs and head. But not to make it too easy, change Lando's head and hair with Sculpey so he looks like Biggs, or at least caucasian, and boil the noggin' up so the Sculpeys hard. Start painting, well, everything. I think your going to need some more brushes...
