Ingredients:

• Hammerhead
• Imperial Guard cloak
• Strip of terrycloth
• Sculpey
• Superglue
• Matte clearcoat
• Black paint

This guy's a pain. Trim, cut, and glue the cloak so it fits on Hammerhead. Role out some Sculpey flat and work it on to the robe for the sleaves. Soak the terrycloth with black paint. Paint the cloak and sleaves black. Glue the terrycloth around Hammerhead's neck. Brush clear lacquer on Hammerhead's skin. He's ready to vote!
