Site News & Updates

Updated scans of the Eradicators Portfolio, featuring early art of Ron Lim. Special thanks to our supporter Carl for sending the scans. He purchased the portfolio way back in 1986!

I'd also like to point out the great work being done over at Moby's. He's got a great series of posts going on about SilverWolf/GMC with first hand info and original art from creators like Tim Foster, Gary Shipman, Roman Morales III, Pete Ayala, and Dane McCart.

First update in almost 7 years! Lots of good stuff including all new bigger, better, and more cover scans of almost all the books! Plus...

Checklists have also been revised to reflect new discoveries and information including my now complete(I think) collection of SilverWolf role playing game modules.

And Links have been updated with more SW/GMC related sites.

On a final personal note, I only need one more book to complete my SilverWolf/GMC comic collection! That book is SilverWolf Bulletin #5 with the 1st appearence of Fat Ninja. So close, yet so far. The search continues for that comic, portfolios, prints, ads, and fliers...

An update? Hell yeah! Many new scans for the SilverWolf section under Covers. Also obtained an issue I didn't know existed, Edge #1 Volume 2 Premiere! Seems to just be an ashcan style book limited to 300 copies and signed on the inside front cover by Kris Silver. See ya next year!

Yeah, I haven't updated, in what, three years? You say I don't answer my e-mail? Hell, that's why I set up a forum so that all the wonderfull people who support the site can post their own stuff. I promise I'll show up at least once a week too.

The Q & A with Kristoffer A. Silver is now live. It's a good read so check it out. Plus, I'm still taking more questions for future Q & A's so, send them in!

On a side note... In the next week or so I'll be changing web hosts. Hopefully it will be a smooth transition and it will get rid of the "pop-up" window problem that comes from using a free hosting service. But have no fear, you will always be able to access the site from www.silverwolfcomics.com.

So who is that feller on the left? That's Kristoffer A. Silver. He's the creator/writer/owner of SilverWolf Comics. He's kindly agreed to answer some questions from the fans of SilverWolf, GMC, Venusian Press, etc... All you have to do is e-mail me with your questions and as soon as I get enough good ones I'll pass them along to the man himself. Answers will be posted in a few weeks.

Don't be shy and send as many questions as you like. Please include your name or "handle" and the name of your favorite SilverWolf/GMC comic book and character in your e-mail. This may become a regular feature if the response is good, so send those questions!

On another note I'd like to thank Dave A. Law for pointing me in the right direction. If you are interested in getting into the comic book business you should visit Dave's site- Creating Comics.

Wow, it's been a loonng time since I've updated again. Unfortunately, it's going to be even longer. But, I do have something cool to tide you over. SilverWolf Comics fan t-shirts! If you like SilverWolf or GMC then you might like one of these. I'm selling through CafePress.com at the base price so there's no profit for me, hell I don't even get one for free. I just thought I'd like a brand-spankin' new shirt and hopefully you do too.

Welcome to the site! You'll find this is the only comprehensive site devoted to the wonderful comics produced by SilverWolf and GMC from the mid-eighties to early-nineties. I've done my best to be accurate and informative, but if you see any mistakes feel free to contact me and they will be corrected. Also, please read this disclaimer. That's all for now, so explore and enjoy...
